KRAZE Boot Camps offers a TOTAL BODY strength and conditioning fitness program in a group setting for people of ALL fitness levels and abilities. The word “bootcamp” is a loosely used term for group training. We are NOT a military boot camp, and will NOT be yelling and screaming at you, but rather encouraging you to do your very best, and give 100% effort every workout regardless of your current fitness level. Even beginners are able to complete the workouts and encouraged to workout at their own pace, taking breaks when necessary. If you have injuries, or physical limitations preventing you from doing the exercise, your instructor will make an effort to provide an alternative or altered version of activities that you may not be able to complete comfortably. The end result of the program is to help each and every person not only LOOK, but FEEL their ultimate BEST!
