What is the sign-up process?

To secure your place in camp, go to the Registration page and complete our online form. That’s it! Once we’ve received your registration information, we’ll contact you to schedule your pre-camp assessment.

What is the Pre Camp Evaluation?

The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following:

  1. We will give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history.
  2. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. (This is OPTIONAL, not mandatory.) We don’t care what the measurements show. It’s strictly for a post-camp comparison if you so desire. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don’t be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks!
  3. We will also perform a Fitness Evaluation, testing your time in the 1 Mile Run, Pushups x 2 min, body weight squats x 2 min, and Situps x 2 min. This will be done prior to, and immediately following the 4-week bootcamp session.
  4. See you at camp!

What do I need to bring to camp?

You will need to bring one set of hand weights (5-8 lbs for women/ 10-15 lbs for men) and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to wipe off the sweat. Dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. Its part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump-start their Health and Fitness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.

Is there a refund policy?

No, we don’t offer refunds. If you miss time due to business travel, vacation, or illness, we will be happy to credit that time toward your next boot camp session. However, we must be informed of your circumstances prior to the start of camp. There is no monetary refund and this is non-negotiable. Individual boot camps work on a set schedule.

What is a typical day like at camp?

That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect activities such as core strengthening, conditioning drills, short runs, calisthenics, strength training with bands, dumbbells, body weight, circuit training, sport yoga, kick boxing, sport drills, obstacle courses, and plenty of Abs/Core training that will keep you motivated and challenged Monday through Friday, both mornings and evenings!
On special days, you will go hiking. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”

How soon will I see results?

Within the first week—and sometimes, within the first three days! If you follow the program and nutrition guide with maximum effort, you can expect to see amazing results, such as increased muscle tone, loss of inches from head to toe, increased stamina, better sleep, faster metabolism (which burns the stored body fat), and most of all, the happiness that comes with being a healthier person!

Do we still work out when it’s raining?

Absolutely! Rain or shine, its Bootcamp time! Yes we are working out. This is boot camp, military-style, where a little rain never hurt anyone!
*Cancelled classes due to weather, or outside circumstance will be at the discretion of the instructor.

What will I do after camp is over?

You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program! Most bootcampers (85%) get hooked, and return for a second, third, and have even been known to stay for years!
*Disclaimer- Boot Camp does get kind of addicting.
